Classic Tomato Soup Recipe (Paleo, Whole30, Keto)
I’m a big believer that eating some warm, nourishing soups in the thick of winter is an essential part of wellness. The broth and slow cooking is a boon for our sluggish digestion. And slurping the warm elixir comforts us, right down to our cold bones.

Tomato soup screams snow day comfort. But to be completely honest, I was never that into Campbell’s tomato soup. The texture made me think I was drinking hot tomato juice. Which just didn’t do it for me.

I love this recipe because it has a nice texture without sacrificing taste and nostalgia.

This recipe is awesome because it checks the box for so many nutritional preferences. Without any modification, it’s Keto, Paleo, and Whole30.
But a good burger can be elusive. I've given up ordering burgers at restaurants because they are usually either flavorless, masked by too many toppings, or are overcooked. Or all three.

So I did what I do, which is to head into the kitchen and find a way to make the best burger ever. And develop an easy recipe that everybody can enjoy!
